Camera-Ready Full Paper Submission

You can submit only if your 2 pages Extended Abstract has been accepted.

Please submit your Full Paper (camera-ready) no later than August 6August 15.

Taking the referees' comments to your Extended Abstract into account, please submit your Full Paper as a "camera ready PDF", which will be published as it is in the proceedings.

Format of Camera-Ready Full Paper

  • Number of pages: 3 to 8, including figures, tables & references
  • File format: PDF (All fonts must be embedded)
  • Page size: A4
  • File size: 10 MB maximum
  • No page numbering
  • Top page:
    • Title: 18 pt Times or Times New Roman, centered
    • Author name(s) and affiliation(s): 10 pt Times or Times New Roman, centered
    • Abstract: 100 to 150 words
    • Body: Two columns, single spaced, column gutter: 5 mm, 9 pt Times or Times New Roman
    • Margins: Left, Right, and Bottom: 20 mm. Top: 30 mm
  • Other pages:
    • Margins: Left, Right, and Bottom: 20 mm. Top: 20 mm
    • Body: Same as the top page.
    • References: See template files below.

Proceedings

The camera-ready Full Papers will be electrically published in the conference proceedings that will be available at the conference in USB flash drives. Selected papers will be recommended for publication in a special issue of "International Journal of SimulationTechnology" (Springer) "Transaction of the Japan Society for Simulation Technology" (J-STAGE).

Publication of the International Journal from Springer will be delayed. Therefore the recommendation will be made for the existing Journal of Japan Society for Simulation Technology. Japan Society for Simulation Technology apologize the authors for any possible inconvenience.

Submission

Login to the CMT (conference management service) site by Microsoft Research and find your paper title. Click "edit" button in the rightmost column for "Camera-Ready".
