All submisions should be in A4-sized pdf file writen in English, and made through the JSST 2011 's CMT Site.

No email submissions will be accepted.

June 25 June 15 (The date was extended)	Submission of an extended abstract
July 25 (The date was extended)	Notification of acceptance
August 20	Submission of the full text of the paper

Each initial submission should be an extended abstract of 2 pages of A4, 800-1000 words in English (PDF file), which contains the title of paper and all names and affiliations of authors. We do not specify any format at the time of extended abstract submission, but you may use template files for full text of the paper.

Paper Submission Steps

1.	Go to the submisstion site.
2.	Sign up and log in.
3.	Click “Create a new Paper Submission”.

Full Paper Format

• Number of Pages: Maximum 8 pages, including figures, tables & references
• Page Size: A4 format
• Margins: Left, Right, and Bottom: 20 mm. Top: title page: 30 mm, other
• Pages: 20 mm
• Page Numbering: Off
• File Format: PDF only (All fonts must be embedded into the PDF file)
• File Size: 4MB maximum
• Title: 18 pt Times or Times New Roman, centered
• Author Information and Affiliation: 10pt Times or Times New Roman, centered
• Abstract: 9 pt Times or Times New Roman, justified, not numbered
• Body: Two columns, single spaced, column gutter: 5 mm, 9pt Times or Times New Roman
